A very stylish, individually designed villa with the benefit of being very close to the Tennis Club, Golf Club of Opio and the facilities of Club Med. The location of the property is quiet and peaceful and is not overlooked. The grounds of 3,000mē are mostly flat with lawned areas and shrubs, with a large pool tiled in blue mosiac.
The spacious and bright Iiving area is divided into three different levels, open plan with the upper level 'den' overlooking the lower salon and dining room. The dining area has large glass dining table and several tasteful works of art adorning the walls. Steps lead up to a 'coin de feu', a cosy corner with open fireplace and seating. From here another few steps take you to the 'den' where you can relax on green leather sofas and watch television, listen to music or read one of the many books.

There are four bedrooms in total with access to the main bedroom suite a few steps down from the 'den'. This bedroom is decorated in pale lemon and green tones with and has its own terrace overlooking the pool, a private bathroom and W.C. Two other double bedrooms, one of which has an extra large bed - 190cms. - share a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, double washhand basin, bidet and W.C. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with both a double bed and a single bed and this has its own shower room.
The kitchen is compact and fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is ample garden furniture and a B.B.Q for outdoor dining.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
