In an elevated position in Super Cannes, Villa Materkiterani has far-reaching views across the bay, extremely attractive pool and a cottage atmosphere to the property that is covered to the rear with Virgina Creeper.The garden is relatively flat and there is a boules court that also doubles as a table tennis area. A covered terrace provides some shade for outdoor dining and the whole of the house has been refurbished to a very high standard.
The salon is comfortable with cream sofas and incorporates also the dining area with a table and upholstered chairs in provençal colours for up to eight. French windows from the living area open out onto the south-facing pool terrace. The kitchen adjacent is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge and table and high back wicker chairs for 4. Laundry facilities available.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
