A delightful traditional Provençal villa on three levels, recently renovated,
built in 1980, situated in a residential cul-de-sac, with excellent views, yet
within easy reach of the coast, Port Grimaud and St. Tropez.
The villa is approached through electric gates, up a sweeping drive to a
spacious car parking area, with covered car port. Up some steps you enter the
front door, which takes you to a hallway, with guest W.C. and basin. The main
living area is on this level. To the right is the kitchen, fully fitted with
electric oven, large electric hob, microwave, sink, dishwasher and large
fridge/freezer and walk-in storage cupboard.
Through the kitchen, a door takes you to the dining room and lounge, furnished
with stylish elegance. From the dining room, there is a door leading to the
B.B.Q. area of the terrace, and on the other side, two sets of French windows
leading to the terrace and outside eating area overlooking the pool. The
lounge area is down two steps with open fireplace and comfortable sitting
area. CD player. There are cool marble floors throughout this level and high
beamed ceilings.
Also on this floor is the second bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe and
door through to the terrace. A fully tiled blue shower room with shower
cubicle, basin and bidet is adjacent to the bedroom.
From the hallway, there is a flight of stairs leading to the Master bedroom,
again very tastefully furnished, with beams, fitted wardrobe and windows on
two sides overlooking the pool and the magnificent views. The floor is
carpeted. The en suite bathroom is tiled in blue with bath, shower over,
basin, W.C. and bidet.
From the hallway again, there is another flight of steps down to the third
bedroom, which has two single beds. This bedroom has French windows opening to
a small terrace with steps up to the pool terrace. The bedroom also has an
en-suite shower room with W.C. and basin. Also off this bedroom, is a utility
room housing the boiler and washing machine and drier.
From the terrace and pool area, there are superb views across the valley,
taking in the ancient castle, windmill and the Gulf of St. Tropez, with the
village of St. Tropez in the distance. The pool is 12 x 6m and can be heated
at an extra cost, if necessary. There is outdoor dining and lounging furniture
and built-in B.B.Q.
This is a beautiful villa in lovely surroundings, quiet and secluded, with a
pretty garden planted with mature trees, shrubs and flowers.
This villa is not suitable for children under 10.
