This villa is situated in an elevated position in the prestigious domain of Castelleras, on the outskirts of Valbonne village. This strictly private and secure domain offers the advantage of a guardian at the entrance gate, an excellent private restaurant in the old Château with its pool to which guests of the owners have access. Here you can enjoy a lovely lunch or even watch the Cannes fireworks. Within the Domaine are also 6 tennis courts. From the villa itself there are unrestricted panoramic views over Grasse towards the hills and towards the sea. A fence can easily be mounted and thus make the pool safe for small children. A large terrace that can be covered with outside dining facilities.
This villa itself is furnished with great taste and equipped to a high standard. The villa is built on two levels with an entrance on the upper level. Stairs lead downstairs to light and cosy living room with comfortable sofa's and chairs and antique furnishings around an open fire place. T.V. with satellite and Hi-Fi system. Large floor to ceiling sliding doors with access to the terraces and the pool area, offer beautiful views. The dining area is in an elevated position off the lounge with a large wooden dining table.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
