A modern Florentine style villa in the heart of Antibes with sea views from the Living room across to Port Vauban and the old town of Antibes. The villa is situated in a cul de sac in a residential area with local shops all within walking distance.
The villa is on two levels and entering on the upper floor there is a large sitting/dining room with lemon and blue soft furnishings, sofas and banquettes in coordinating fabrics and a rectangular glass-topped dining table with cushioned wrought-iron chairs. The living area is open through an arch to the kitchen, well equipped with microwave, electric oven combination hob, deep fat fryer, American fridge and washing machine. All units are white and well stocked. Both the kitchen and living area open out onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool.
There are two bedrooms on this floor: one the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, large mirrored wardrobes and access to the pool upper terrace, and a second with single beds (one slides under the other) suitable for children with shower and wash basin.
On the lower floor there are three further bedrooms. One has a double convertible sofa with kitchenette, shower room with W.C. and if necessary independent access from the main villa although there is also an internal door as well to the lower hallway. The other two bedrooms both have double beds and access to the pool terrace, and share the facilities of a large bathroom with separate toilet. In the larger of these two double rooms there are bunk beds that can be used to make a family room or left folded back if unused to save space. The main villa has therefore sleeping facilities for up to four children and six adults. Should guests be invited then there is the use of an independent studio at the far side of the pool. Here there is a double bedroom with adjacent shower room and W.C. on the upper floor and a kitchen and small sitting room on the lower floor.
The pool is an unusual free-form shape with a shallow sloping entry on the south side of the villa, with surrounding paved courtyard, outdoor eating area and permanent barbecue. There is a second washing machine and summer fridge under a verandah. Below the pool and terrace there is a narrow grassed strip of land providing a play area for children. The villa is in an ideal position for access to the beaches of Antibes and Juan les Pins and although there is some light traffic noise, the villa is in a very peaceful residential area.

Prices are inclusive of normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable) a weekly maid visit and end-of-stay cleaning.
Refundable security deposit of £500 required.
Within the rental price, a single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival. For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £17.50/person.
