Large verandah blind provides shade from the house. Kitchen is modern and light with dishwasher, fridge, micro-wave, electric oven, and a washing machine in the garage below the villa. There is parking space within the grounds behind remote-controlled gates.
The owners speak English and are discreet in their use of the grounds so as not to intrude on guests' privacy, but they are also there on hand to help if needed.
An excellent opportunity to explore the splendours of Nice, the old town, the flower market and galleries. Sample the Côte d'Azur at a reasonable price for a family unit, close to all amenities, a short trip to the beaches, good access to inland hill villages, coastal rides along the Corniche to Monte Carlo and the Italian border.
