A spacious and airy villa in an elevated position situated just above the perfume centre of Grasse, and in a peaceful location near the picturesque medieval village of Cabris. The property has far-reaching views, is south-facing and has has sunny terraces around the pool with a covered area for dining outdoors.
On the ground floor is a large lounge with open chimney and two double French doors leading out to the terrace and pool area. There is also a dining area with table and chairs to seat eight and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and micro-wave. One double bedroom, with patio doors also leads out onto the terrace, and another bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom opposite with a full-sized bath as well as an overhead shower.

A staircase from the lounge leads up to a mezzanine landing which makes a pretty sitting area and contains a bed settee which could be used as an extra bed if necessary. Further on from this is the second double bedroom with blue tiled en suite bathroom, again with a full-sized bath and overhead shower, hand basin set in a vanity unit and W.C.

The utility room is situated in a separate building opposite the main entrance, and has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large, permanent B.B.Q. and ample garden furniture for those alfresco meals by the pool.

Prices are inclusive of normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable) a weekly maid visit and end-of-stay cleaning.
Refundable security deposit of £500 required.
Within the rental price, a single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival. For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £17.50/person.
