An individual recently built villa with views of the sea and bay of Théoule.
The entire villa has been built and furnished to a very high specification
with under floor heating (if needed), superb lost-edge pool, tranquility and
excellent views from both the upper lounge terrace or the lower pool terrace.
The villa has all-day long sun and is approached up a sloping driveway,
through automatic gates to the garage level and small forecourt sufficient for
two cars. A curving stone stairway leads to the main entrance of the villa
where there is a covered terrace next to the pool. On the lower floor entering
the villa there are two bedrooms furnished with highly-lacquered David Lange
furniture, both identical, one in peach and the other in white with twin beds,
bedside drawer tables and mirror-fronted wardrobes. Both of these bedrooms
have direct access to the pool terrace. Opposite the two bedrooms there is a
large bathroom with double vanity unit and a separate shower room with basin.
Separate W.C. Laundry room on this floor has sink, Whirlpool washer and dryer.
Storage room off the hallway.
All floors are terra cotta and a tiled stairway leads to the main living level
where there is a well fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer ceramic halogen hob,
electric oven and dishwasher. Units are highly lacquered in white with
pre-formed granite effect work tops. Cutlery and crockery are all coordinated
and very good quality. Double bedroom on this floor has David Lange ivory
lacquered furniture, with adjacent bathroom with W.C., basin and bath in
toning colours. Bedroom has direct access to upper terrace.
The living room is quite luxurious with pale cream angled sofa unit,
glass-topped occasional table with stone supports, T.V., Satellite, video,
hi-fi, rectangular glass dining table with stone base and pale turquoise
upholstered Louis chairs for eight. Mirrors behind the glass étagère and above
the patio windows allow unusual reflections and open up the villa. There is
also a mezzanine level above the lounge which can be used as a fourth bedroom
with retractable double bed that fits neatly into a full run of mirrored and
limed units of wardrobe, bed, cupboard, drawers and desk. This area can be
used as a bedroom, study or second sitting room with modern cushioned
white-shadowed rotin armchairs and chaise longue. Off the mezzanine is the
fourth bedroom with twin single beds and a shower room with hand basin and
W.C. ensuite under the eaves.
Outdoor teak and quality green pool loungers, barbecue. Exterior dining table
and chairs complement the standard of the villa. Unique and ultra modern

Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves,
or bring their own linen with them.
