Situated on a small Domaine just outside Grasse, Villa la Chaumière is an ideal choice for a family since it has its own pool measuring 10 x 4 metres and a play area for children with swing and slide. There are parking spaces available adjacent to the villa for 2 cars. Views from the terrace are across gardens and villa roofs extending as far as the coast on a clear day.
The interior has the entire ground floor accommodation open plan, with newly fitted kitchen area in light oak units. Microwave dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Just off from the kitchen is a shower room and W.C. The dining area has table and chairs and is open to the lounge with comfortable lemon leather sofa and two easy chairs, digital satellite T.V.

  • Extra sets off linen and towels: £17.90/person.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
