This is the second home of an international businessman and presents a rare
opportunity to enjoy the luxury of the villa itself, the magnificent sea views
and the beautifully maintained garden. It is far more than just a holiday
home.
Nestling in an elevated position on the Esterel, the villa is only 150 metres
from the sea and has unspoilt views and all-day exposure to the sun. The villa
is designed so that on the lower floor, three of the four bedrooms open out
onto the lower terrace surrounding the kidney-shaped pool. The main bedroom
has large autumn-coloured bathroom en suite, King Size bed and large wardrobe.
T.V. in this bedroom. Bedroom 2 has en suite shower room with W.C. and sliding
patio doors to the pool terrace. Bedroom 3 has twin singles and large
wardrobe, and bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. These two bedrooms can
share the additional facilities of a separate shower room and independent W.C.
All bedrooms are on the lower floor and all are carpeted.
The lounge has semi-circular views of the coast and Miramar/La Figuerette bay.
Large patio windows open onto a sweeping balcony, ideal for sunbathing,
overlooking the pool. The lounge area is well furnished and the sofa of the
three piece suite is convertible and can be used to accommodate two more
people if required. T.V., CD player, stereo, feature fireplace and resident
rubber plant! Dining area has oak dining table and chairs. The kitchen is
completely fitted in oak, with further breakfast table and chairs and is well
equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and china tableware. The
kitchen also opens out onto the upper balcony. Separate W.C. with basin also
on this level. Further freezer and utility cupboard.
There is a separate laundry room on the lower floor with washing machine. A
permanent barbecue with dining area, and secure parking within the grounds,
complete the amenities.
Local beaches are at La Figuerette and Miramar (only 2 mins. by car), or at
Théoule (5 mins.) in the direction of Cannes where there are ample water sport
facilities and many good restaurants. A very residential area that retains an
unspoilt character. There are over 200 kilometres of hill walks and pathways
close by, horse riding and tennis within a few kilometres.

themselves, or bring their own linen with them.
