The home of a local artiste, this pretty villa has some of the works on display and the attention to the detail of renovation of the property shows the keen eye of perspective and taste. With a cottage feel, the accommodation of the villa is ideally suited to a family of 4-6, having the main double bedroom and twin bedroom on the upper floor of the villa and a second double bedroom in the apartment on the lower level. Being divided into two distinct sections, the villa also provides the privacy for two couples, one with children, or for an independent apartment for accompanying grandparents. The grounds are suitable for playing for youngsters with a climbing frame and lawned rear garden. The pool to the front of the villa benefits from all-day-long sun and has an adjacent dining area with parasol, table and chairs.

The main entrance to the villa is through wrought-iron gates where there is parking for one or two cars. On entering the villa there is a salon with sofas and cheminée. From here there is an arch to the newly-fitted kitchen with all new appliances in stainless steel and pine-effect units with breakfast bar. This is part of a long room that also has a dining area with full width patio window overlooking the hills behind the village. Steps from the dining area lead to the rear garden. Off this area there is access to the main and twin bedroom. Both of these rooms has independendent access to the family bathroom and separate W.C. on the same floor. The lower apartment has its own bathroom and W.C. Lower part of the villa also has utility wash room.

The location of the villa is in a residential part of Valbonne, quiet and with maure wooded lanes. Valbonne is a beautiful part of the Côte d'Azur with a medieval central square and quaint village houses. There are regular antique fairs and concerts in the village and all other aspects of interest of the Riviera are close at hand such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse and the perfumeries giving an abundance of sight-seeing excursions.   • Extra sets off linen and towels: £17.90/person.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
