A delightful villa, superb position, secluded gardens and spectacular views, set on three levels: One twin bedroom is on the upper floor with extensive views of the bay of Golfe Juan, three other bedrooms and the main living areas are on the ground floor below and the utility/laundry room is on the garden level. The views from the villa are uninhibited with a full 180° spectrum of the bay from Cap d'Antibes to Cannes.

The gardens extend to 4000mtsē all landscaped and well-maintained. The pool is slightly kidney-shaped and measures 12 x 5 metres, surrounded by sun-bathing terraces and at the same time taking full benefit of the magnificent view.(Pool can be heated at extra cost).

All four bedrooms have twin single beds and all have their own en suite facilities, accommodating 8 adults equally.
The main salon has full-length windows that open onto the terrace above the pool. Stairs to the upper floor from here lead to a galleried landing and one double bedroom. The dining area of the main salon is adjacent to the kitchen which Is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven, solid oak-fronted units and hand-made tiles.

Golfe Juan has a superb crescent beach, numerous marinas and is renowned for its pottery as well as the neighbouring town of Vallauris. There is an abundance of local amenities for golfers, tennis players and water sport enthusiasts as well as a wide variety of different restaurants.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
