This is an understated villa that nestles behind, what on first impression, appears an austere exterior. However, that impression is completely transformed once you enter the property to 'breathe' in the space and luxury, appreciate the superbly maintained gardens with an idyllic lost-edge pool and the panoramic views of the Mediterranean coast viewed from the heights above Nice.
The whole villa has a very modern decor neutral colours, high-ceilinged salon with galleried relaxation area and leading to the main bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing area and shower; terrace overlooking pool and the whole coastline. 3 further double bedrooms on lower level with three further bathrooms or shower rooms and W.C's.
The dining area, slightly raised from the salon is all open plan, elegant and spacious. All principal rooms have southerly sea views and all overlook the garden and pool. Teak decking along the pool edge with free-form shape and blending with rock formations in the garden make this outdoor area a delight.
