A newly-acquired property with magnificent views of the Esterel hills. The property reflects the taste and care of the owners with a Provençal flavour of blue and lemon evident in many of the furnishings. With three twin or double bedrooms the villa is ideal for six people. Two bedrooms are on the upper entrance floor sharing facilities of a shower room and the third is on the lower pool terrace level where there is bathroom en suite to the master bedroom. Separate W.C. Everything in the villa is new and of excellent quality. A newly-installed satellite system provides home-from-home entertainment.
The layout of the house is such that you enter at the rear to the upper level from the paved courtyard where parking is behind wooden gates to the property. There are two bedrooms here, one twin and a second double, although the beds in this room can be separated to provide another twin room if necessary. Shower room and W.C. also on this level. Washing machine.

Descending to the lower level you enter the salon with comfortable blue upholstered sofa and chairs, pine dining table and chairs with access direct to the pool terrace. The kitchen is open to the living area and makes a very convivial area, well-equipped and again complementing the Provençal theme. Access also to the pool terrace from the kitchen area. The master bedroom is off the salon and has French windows opening directly onto the pool terrace. Separate W.C. on ground floor.
There is little garden area and the terrace at the front of the villa has a paved dining area with teak table, chairs and parasol for shade. The pool is rectangular with steps and measures approximately 3.6 x 7 metres.

The villa is on a Domaine of individual houses in the hills behind the Esterel coast overlooking the Esterel hills and about 5 kilometres from Mandelieu/La Napoule where there are sandy beaches, excellent restaurants and good shopping facilities.
Due to the proximity of the swimming pool to the house, this property is not suitable for small children.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
