A lovely three bedroomed villa situated approx. 5 minutes walk from the village of Fayence. Set in 4000m˛ of olive grove with views of the surrounding countryside. Private pool, 4.4 x 8m., sun terrace and bôules court. Also large sun terrace at rear of villa. Southerly aspect. There is a gas B.B.Q. outside.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor accessed from entrance hall. One has a 160cm. bed and French windows leading to lower patio area. The other has twin singles. Both bedrooms share a shower room with sink and a separate W.C. Washing machine is also housed in the shower room.

Marble stairs lead up to the salon, kitchen and master bedroom. There are three sofas, a reclining chair and feature fireplace in the salon. Also satellite T.V. with some English programmes and a Hi-Fi/CD surround sound. Patio windows lead onto a large balcony with wooden table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with mint green and lemon units, oven, dishwasher, halogen hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom, with air-conditioning and its own small balcony, has a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, sink and W.C. There is also a separate W.C. just off the landing opposite the master bedroom.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
