A secluded villa aptly called the "Owl's Nest" in the Bois de Valbonne, a residential area of individual villas built within clearings in a pine wood on the outskirts of the pretty village of Valbonne.
The villa can accommodate 6 people comfortably four bedrooms. There are two with single 'Captain Beds', ideal for children; these are full size and can also sleep adults. One double bedroom is on the ground floor with en suite shower and basin and with access through French windows to the pool terrace.The other double bedroom is on the upper door with shower room and WC adjacent. There is also a further full family bathroom and another separate WC off the hallway.

The kitchen is all white with pine trim, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge. There is a utility room below with a washer/dryer and large freezer.
The living area has leather corner sofa and armchair with feature fireplace, stereo/TV with limited satellite channels. This is open to the dining area with oak table chairs and dresser. Doors from here lead out onto the terrace overlooking the pool that is perfect for shady eating outside, Barbecue and summer kitchen.
A study on the ground door has the possibility of housing an additional bed/s if the party is larger than 6. ( 4 adults and 4 children maximum or 6 adults). The pool is a curved 'teardrop' shape with deep end of 2 metres, measuring approximately 9 x 4 metres with step entrance.
Gardens are mainly rough-grassed with shrubs and mature trees, all securely fenced. Electric gated entrance to the property. A welcoming family villa convenient for the local village and also for trips to the coast and sight-seeing.

July and August £1545.00
(Price is inclusive of normal usage of electricity, end-of-stay cleaning and a weekly maid visit.)
