A cottage-style villa that has all the advantages of being within walking
distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and local transport services that
are all so convenient in La Napoule. Being in a slightly elevated position,
the sea views reach across to Cannes and there is a large 1500m² garden that
benefits from all day long uninterrupted sunshine.
The pool is 11 metres long, in a free-form design with beach entrance (gradual
sloping entry ideal for small children). The garden has varying levels of
grassed terraces, completely secure and with a gravelled courtyard outside the
kitchen entrance where there is a barbecue and old fig tree providing shade
for summer dining.
In the main house, there are two bedrooms, in the main part of the villa, one
double with French windows to the terrace with sea views, the other with twin
singles overlooking the Esterel hills. Main bathroom has bath, separate shower
cubicle, vanity bowl, bidet and W.C. There is also a second W.C. with hand
basin. Adjoining the villa is a studio with twin beds, sofabed, shower room,
W.C. and small kitchenette with fridge and electric two-ring hob.
The salon has large feature Provençal fireplace. Parking is adjacent to the
property. The adjoining studio has twin beds and a convertible sofa bed. It
ahas a shower room with vanity basin and W.C. The studio also has a small
kitchenette.
This is an ideal villa for a family holiday with every amenity close at hand.
There is a local small weekly market in the central parking area, some
excellent restaurants in the Place de la Fontaine, such as the San Peyre and
the Pomme d'Amour, or try René's cuisine for something special at 'La
