This is a holiday home that has been in the same family for nearly five decades and as such has 'olde worlde' charm, sentimental values and is not the ultimate in luxury, but the villa has a welcoming homely atmosphere and is just a very short walk to the most famous beach on Cap d'Antibes, La Garoupe. Here there are all watersports available, waterskiing, donuts, flying fish, parasailing and many more with waterside restaurants and their private beaches. It is an idyllic spot for just 'chilling out'.

The villa has a large salon/dining room, with access to a verandah where there is a large dining table to eat outside. Kitchen is a typical mix and match of the 50's with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and an array of cupboards hoarding pots, pans and a broad spectrum of other serving dishes. Access to small terrace from kitchen with breakfast 'coin' for 2.

The two bedrooms are on the same floor as the salon, with one Master double bedroom with en suite shower and bidet. The other bedroom is a twin single that could be made up as a second double. Adjacent to both bedrooms is the main family bathroom. Bath with shower hand held and basin. Separate WC.

This is a house to retreat to after a hard day at the beach, sip aperitifs on the roof terrace watching the sun setting and then sink into comfy sofas in the living room after that late dinner on the terrace.

  • Single Week Supplement: £200.00
  • Extra Maidservice: £8.75/hour (Min. 2 hrs. Not Saturdays.)
  • Extra sets off linen and towels: £17.90/person.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
