A superb villa built in Florentine style that is only just over one kilometre from the beach and town centre of Golfe Juan. In a slightly elevated position, the villa has the benefit of sea views from the south-facing garden as well as from all the principal rooms in the villa.
The flow-over edge pool is surrounded by lawn, well-tended borders and a large sun bathing terrace on two levels directly in front of the villa. Automatic watering system. Prices are inclusive of normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable) a weekly maid visit and end-of-stay cleaning.
Refundable security deposit of £500 required.
Within the rental price, a single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival. For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £17.50/person.
