Situated just on the edge of the delightful village of Valbonne, this cottage-style villa gives the opportunity for a family of four to have an individual villa with its own pool, super garden, peace and quiet yet only a couple of minutes from the village centre. Valbonne is quite a lively village with the Salle des Fêtes giving concerts, the parking close by with an annual circus, a monthly antiques fair and often buskers in the square.
This particular villa is situated on the edge of the village, still within walking distance and with beautiful views across the Plan de Grasse to the foothills of the southern Alps. What is unique about this villa is that it is only for four people, but within its own grounds, not on a domaine and it has its own private pool.

Internally the villa is immaculate. There is a salon/dining room with modern sofas, table and chairs and with a 'coin' for T.V. There are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can be used as a second sitting room as it has two convertible sofas. Otherwise these can be used as large single beds or as a second double if required. This bedroom has direct access to the garden. The main bedroom has a large double bed with twin mattresses on a large double base. Again there is direct access to the garden. There is one main bathroom and W.C.
The garden is quite extensive and is looked after by the same gentleman as does the pool. This is maintained to a high standard.

A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
