An exceptionally pretty villa nestling on the hillside overlooking Mandelieu, originally owned by an interior designer and the current owner has wisely purchased all the original furnishings and fittings. Throughout the villa the decoration and furnishings are colourful and light featuring summery contrasts of daffodil yellow and white.

The villa is linked to another property but is completely independent. Access is by a flight of steps from the main avenue and parking is on the road below the villa. On the main level there is externally a small pool approximately 7 X 4 metres surrounded by a teak decking for sun-bathing and relaxing. Behind the pool is a rock-faced 'grotto' area with summer kitchen having cooking hob and fridge, lit up in the evening to give a BBQ/dining area that added touch of an enchanted Mediterranean evening.

The salon has large windows looking out towards the coast. Here there is a large TV, sound system, fixed sofa in a semi-circular form follow the lines of the room, easy chairs in citrous leather. The dining area with again leather upholstered chairs continues the theme and further round into the kitchen. On the same level is a shower room with washbasin and toilet.

On the upper floor there is a very spacious bathroom with corner bath, basin, separate W.C. and three bedrooms. One a single has an unusual rock wall, the other two are with double beds, both with coastal aspect windows. One is in peacock blue and vibrant colours ( beds can be made up as singles if needed), the other in beige and cream tones with tiger patterns. These rooms link by a doorway but access can also be separate one direct into the bedroom and the other by entering via the bathroom, so it can be a family suite or for two independent couples..

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
