Situated on slopes above Mandelieu near Cannes, this villa has unrivalled views across the whole coastline from Cap d'Antibes and Cannes to the red rocks of the Esterel. With nothing restricting this panoramic view it will be difficult for any guests to tear themselves away from the villa and its superb flow-over edge pool. The gardens are lawned and and slope away from the villa. There is a large flat sun-bathing area by the pool as well as a flat lawned area immediately in front of the villa. Covered patio verandah makes an ideal spot to dine outside in the shade and just appreciate the view.
There are three double bedrooms in total all with 140 cms. beds. One on the ground floor has has en suite bathroom with separate shower and W.C. Two other bedrooms on the upper floor share a bathroom again with separate shower and W.C.

The living area is divided into salon with leather sofa and armchairs, T.V. (satellite and Canal+), with dining area next to the kitchen with peninsular unit separating the different areas. Kitchen appliances include fridge/freezer, electric oven, mixed hob, dishwasher and micro-wave. In the adjacent utility room there is a washing machine.
The pool measures 11m x 5m at the widest point and has a beach entrance dropping to normal shallow end depth of approximately 1 metre.

Recently constructed, the villa benefits from all modern conveniences and is immaculately presented. It also does have the maturity of an already well-established garden. The views are absolutely superb. To have all that, and be only a short distance from all the sights of the Côte d'Azur, with its mouth-watering cuisine, excellent wines along with an ambience found nowhere else - is simply beyond compare.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
