Just outside the glass-making village of Biot and only a short distance to Antibes, this villa has every luxury imaginable. Entering the property through dominating electronically controlled gates, there is a circular turning area round central fountain for cars. The main entrance to the villa is into a circular foyer with heavy wrought-iron and glass front door with rear exit door opposite for direct access to the pool and garden with uninhibited views overlooking the coast. Even the doors off the hallway are curved to complete the circular theme. To one side there is the salon, an extremely spacious living area with full sound system, T.V., satellite, full length windows to two sides, and open to the dining area off the kitchen with its cherry wood units, fully equipped and with an adjacent laundry/utility room.

Off the opposite side of the entrance hall, the east wing of the villa has three bedrooms: the master double with en suite bathroom, luxuriously fitted with corner Jacuzzi bath, vanity unit, separate shower etc. A second double guest room with en suite bathroom and a third single bedroom with shower room. There is access from this sleeping part of the villa through to the summer kitchen and a possible fourth bedroom to accommodate two more guests. Please ask for the supplement to the price if the party is larger than 5 people
