Mouans-Sartoux lies between Mougins, Grasse and Valbonne and is ideally
situated for the coast or sightseeing. There are excellent restaurants close
at hand and picturesque olive groves. There are a number of first-class golf
courses, one within walking distance as well as a tennis club.
The villa has been recently built and has all new fittings including a superb
white-laquered kitchen. The living area is slightly L-shaped with the kitchen
at one side open to the salon and divided by a breakfast bar with high stools.
The living area has three large windows that open fully back to give access to
the garden, covered terrace for dining, and lower pool terrace. T.V. (French
satellite), video.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds. One
room has an en suite shower, the other has an en suite bathroom with bath and
overhead shower. There is also a separate W.C. on this floor.
On the same floor, ground level is one suite of bedrooms. One double with
wardrobes and the other a single. These share the facilities of a shower room
and W.C. A second similar suite of bedrooms is on the first floor...again a
double bedroom and a single sharing a bathroom and W.C. The sleeping
arrangements are ideal for four adults plus two children. The ground floor
also has a laundry/ironing room with washer and dryer.
The garden is quite extensive, mainly rough lawned and planted with fruit
trees, safe for children. The pool is newly constructed in oval design with
shallow steps and paved surrounding terraces. There is a possibility of having
the use of a security fence around the pool for small children. Parking for
several cars.
The villa is in a residential area of Mouans-Sartoux, very unspoilt and rural,
with views across the Plan de Grasse towards the town of Grasse itself. The
villa is within walking distance of the village of Mouans-Sartoux
approximately 15 minutes and there are supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
Ideal for those looking far the Provençal style villa and close enough to
appreciate the refinements that Cannes and Mougins can offer, and accessible
to all areas for which the Côte d'Azur is renowned.
