A newly re-furbished villa in the centre of La Napoule with dominating views of the marina and the bay of Cannes. Situated in one of the quaint streets of the village, access is easy for shops and all the local restaurants of which there are many of excellent quality. Also within walking distance is the sandy beach of La Napoule, the marina and all the waterfront shops and bars. There are good local transport services of bus and train to La Napoule and a car is not essential. Parking for the villa is on the road below and access is pedestrian only up a path and steps.
The villa is semi-detached and both this and the adjacent property have been renovated in the same style. Fittings and furnishings are all new and of very good quality, complementing the Scandinavian style and atmosphere of the house. On the lower entrance level there is a large grassed terrace with superb views across the bay. Internally the master bedroom is also on this level and has en suite shower room and sauna, patio windows with same view which incidentally can be seen also from within the sauna. Large double bed, T.V. and wardrobes. W.C. adjacent with basin. Storage cupboard in entrance hall.

On the first floor there is the main living area all open plan from the dining part to the salon and again maximising the view with full length windows. A study doubles as a second double bedroom with very comfortable convertible sofa and adjacent bathroom with W.C. This bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the rear terraced garden and patio. Plunge pool 5 x 3 metre approximately and ready for mid May is at the rear of the house and has the same views as from the front. The kitchen has the very best Italian fitments and has all the equipment of American fridge, dishwasher, micro-wave, gas/electric hob and professional oven. Combination washer/dryer is in a unit off the entrance hall.
Rising to the top floor there is one very large family bedroom with double bed and convertible sofa for 2 + 2. Panelled sloping ceiling echoes the Scandinavian influence and there is a further en suite shower room and W.C.

Merits of the villa are its exquisite renovation and attention to detail and the uncluttered style together with the location and view. The steeper access to the villa is overcome by the soothing plunge pool, aperitifs and splendid vista.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
