A comfortably furnished vllla. The style is a combinatlon of Regency and
modern pieces. The villa itself lies in a secluded setting, completely private
wlth unspoilt copses and enormous grounds that fall away to a small stream.
The immediate garden around the villa has grassed and some rough-slabbed
areas, a circular permanent outdoor dining table under shady trees and one of
the most beautiful pools with a raised sun-bathing area and semi-circular
flow-over edge with wide steps into the shallow end. The garden area around
the pool can be floodlit. Parking under rustic carport or in courtyard.
The heavy oak entrance door opens into the marble-floored hallway. From here
there are three steps down into the huge 'L' - shaped lounge that has a large
feature corner fireplace turquoise and rust-coloured sofas and easy chairs
with co-ordinating drapes. T.V. and hi-fi. Cloakroom with W.C. off entrance
hall.
The kltchen, on the same level, is fully fitted wlth white units, dishwasher,
micro-wave, electric oven, fridge/freezer and sink. On the same level too is
another room with Regency suite. The dining room also has its own en suite
bathroom. Access from the dining room to a large covered balcony for outdoor
dining.
From the entrance hall there is a polished staircase leading to the master
bedroom with two single beds which can be linked together to form a double
bed, beamed ceiling, and en suite pale peach bathroom with bath, W.C. and
basin.
The lower ground floor leads out into the garden. On this level there is a
bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a small double
bedroom with twin beds and a single bedroom. These two rooms share an adjacent
bathroom...bath, basin, bidet and W.C. Laundry facilities and washing machine
are also on this level.
The villa reflects the care and pride of the owners, and will suit discerning
clients who will appreciate such a property. Local shops are only a few
minutes drive away and access is straightforward for trips inland, to the
coast, or further afield by means of the Autoroute Esterel A8. Discreet
guardiens have separate access to independent quarters.
