A pretty villa close to the village of Tourrettes en Provence, near Fayence, in a very quiet domaine and with large private garden. All main rooms face south overlooking the pool and garden which leads down to a stream and has views towards the village. On the ground floor there is a spacious modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, micro-wave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Small T.V. in kitchen.
From the kitchen a door leads to a very large open plan L-shaped living area with couches, table and chairs, T.V., and other occasional furniture. Patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace from the living area.
The main bedroom is on the ground floor where there are double aspect windows to the pool and the garden. Ceiling fan. Bathroom en suite with bath, twin basins and W.C. Marble stairs from the living area lead up to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms, one with ceiling fan and both with comfortable double sofa beds. These two bedrooms share the washing facilities of the bathroom opposite again with bath, hand-held shower, basin and W.C.

The pool measures 9.5 m x 4.5 m and has a small cascade circulation falling from a stone jar. There is a discreet lady gardienne who lives in an independent summer house in the garden and she has a separate access to the rear of the property and therefore does not intrude upon the privacy of tenants.

Within the rental price, a single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival. For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £17.50/person.
