Within easy access to Grasse and the autoroute network linking Cannes, Nice,
Provence and Monaco through to northern Italy, this lovely Mas house is
available for a limited period only due to the absence of the owners.
Everything has been attended to in minute detail within the house and the
garden is equally well maintained with a myriad of colours and both exotic and
Mediterranean plants and flowering shrubs.
The pool measures 11 x 5 metres with ladder step entry and safety ledge around
the whole of the pool. The garden is on various different levels but with few
drops and there is a lovely shady arbour for spending peaceful moments to read
or relax. Parking is ample for 2+ cars within gated entrance and driveway.
Being at the end of the cul de sac there is no passing traffic.
Internally, entering from the rear of the building facing the pool, you come
into the farmhouse style kitchen with oak units, excellent appliances
including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge/freezer and a
central bench table and chairs. From here you enter the dining room with
circular marble dining table, modern swivel chairs and piano for enthusiasts.
This is open to the living room with marble fireplace, comfortable sofa, T.V.,
video and occasional pieces.
Halfway up the stairs is a luxury bathroom with jacuzzi, antique vanity basin,
bidet and W.C. This is just below the main bedroom that has wrough-iron double
bed and unrestricted views below to the garden. A second guest bedroom has
double bed and the third bedroom has a 120cms. bed for either adult or child.
These two bedrooms share the facilities of a further shower room and separate
W.C. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows for sleeping comfort.
The house reflects the artistic nature of the owners and there are many
original pieces and works of art which afficionados will enjoy. Finally there
is an exterior utility room with secluded drying area.
A really pleasing renovated Mas reflecting the loving care of the owners and
which will make an enjoyable temporary home for anyone visiting the Côte
d'Azur.

Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set
themselves, or bring their own linen with them.
