An immaculate villa situated in a private domain just outside the village of Valbonne. This villa has its own private pool of 8 x 4m with outside shower and a pool house from where there are unrestricted views over the hills towards the mountains. In the private domain with entrance gate and guardian there is also an Olympic size communal pool which is surveyed during the high season, and three tennis courts at 1 min' walk from the villa. Especially with teenaged children this is an ideal family vacation home, since the children have the possibility to meet with friends at the communal pool with bar, sitting areas, lounge chairs, volley-ball and children's playground.
This villa itself is furnished with taste and to a high standard. Both villa and surrounding gardens are immaculate. The villa has four bedrooms in total. Three on the ground level: A master bedroom with king-size bed and adjacent bathroom that comes onto the garden terrace, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The both share a shower room with W.C. Separate W.C. in the hall. The fourth double bedroom is upstairs with an electric fan and shower room with W.C.

The living area has a sitting corner with comfortable sofa and chairs around the open fire place and a dining corner with glass topped dining table and chairs. T.V. with satellite and video, CD player and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave/grill combination, an espresso machine and a dishwasher. In the adjacent utility room there is a washing machine , clothes dryer, and large fridge and freezer. The kitchen and the living room all have floor to ceiling doors that come onto the covered large verandah on the West facing side of the villa with beautiful views.

On this veranda there is a stone fixed barbecue corner, a large dining table with rattan chairs for outside dining and a sitting corner with rattan chairs and round coffee table with a second barbecue.
Entrance to the property by automatic gates. Internet connection available. The owners request no smoking inside the villa.
An absolute immaculate villa in beautiful surroundings and yet close to shopping facilities (1 min from the Domaine) and the lovely village of Valbonne.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
