The villa is all on one level with just a few steps up to the entrance. A balustrade borders the edge of a raised terrace immediately in front of the villa providing some security for small children, although there are two open accesses to the pool. The pool depth is uniform to approximately 1.5 metres, so diving is prohibited. Roman steps provide a very pleasant seating area in the centre of the pool.
