A charming villa, totally renovated by the owners, set in a calm residential and secure Domaine with Olympic size pool and tennis courts.
As you approach the villa there is a carport with parking for one car and another space outside that belongs to the villa. From the entrance hall with separate W.C., there is access to the open living room and the semi-open kitchen. There are stairs leading to the two bedrooms each of which have twin single beds. Also on this floor is the bathroom with bath, overhead shower, W.C., bidet and washbasin. Separate storage space above the stairs.

On the ground floor is the living/dining room. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas around a small fire-place. There is satellite T.V., and music system. There is a round dining table and four chairs and French windows which open onto the terrace and entirely enclosed garden. Southfacing, there is an outdoor fireplace on the terrace as well as a marble table with grill.
Off the living room is the semi open kitchen which is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
A charming, nicely appointed, reasonably-priced family villa in a good location.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
