This provençal style villa is situated in a quiet area with wooded surroundings and yet only walking distance from the centre of Le Rouret and with easy access to the motorway network. The nearest excellent restaurant is at 2 mins. The garden consists of two parts: a landscaped part surrounding the villa and the balustrated pool and terrace and an extensive olive yard. Superb view over the hills and woods. Access by means of controlled gates and alarm system connected to the nearby security guards.
The kidney shaped pool has a beach entrance and then drops to approximately to 1mt. falling to 3mts. it measures 7 x 2,5 m. The pool terrace is furnished with teak sun loungers. There is a covered summer kitchen with B.B.Q. The salon faces the pool and garden and gives onto a covered terrace with dining facilities. This is a spacious room with two sitting areas and occasional furniture, large open fire place, satellite T.V., video and hi-fi and separate corner with dining table and chairs. Adjacent to the dining area is a large, well-equipped kitchen with another large dining table, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric integrated oven, microwave and gas hob. The washer and the dryer are in a separate storage room next to the kitchen. Separate W.C. and guest cloakroom are in the hall. Off the hall there are three bedrooms.

The master bedroom with a double bed and mosquito net, iron wrought couch and en suite bathroom with 2 wash basins and W.C. This bedroom comes onto a terrace facing the pool. The second bedroom shares its bathroom with a bath, shower W.C. and two basins with the third bedroom. The second bedroom has large sized diagonally posed bunk beds and a single bed. The third bedroom has a king size double bed (zipped and linked) with mosquito net and comes onto the terrace at the back of the villa.
Outside, at the front of the villa steps lead to an in dependant studio with its own terrace, a double bed (zipped and linked) a kitchenette, a shower, W.C. and basin.

The villa is comfortably appointed and well maintained in a quiet area for people that appreciate the nature.

  • Single Week Supplement: £200.00
  • Extra Maidservice: £8.75/hour (Min. 2 hrs. Not Saturdays.)
  • Extra sets off linen and towels: £17.90/person.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
