A three-bedroomed villa situated on a Domaine on the outskirts of Cannes.
Off the main entrance hallway are two bedrooms, both with twin single beds, a shower room with sink and a separate W.C. The main entrance area looks down onto the lower floor. Stairs lead down from the entrance hall to the open plan living/dining area which is furnished with dining table and chairs to seat six comfortably, blue sofa and two armchairs, a television and a CD unit.

The open kitchen is just off the living area and is fully fitted with electric hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer compartment. Patio doors lead from the living/dining are onto a paved terrace for taking the sun and outside dining. Portable B.B.Q.

This is a competatively priced, light and comfortable property, new to our books. Suitable for anyone wanting to be close to Cannes and also conveniently placed for access to all amenities on the Côte d'Azur. No pets allowed.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
