This is a delightful pretty villa situated between Auribeau and Grasse in an area known as St. Jacques. Easy access to the coast, motorways and all the Côte d'Azur sights and inland villages; Ideal for a family of 4-5 as there are three bedrooms, the main double bedroom being on the ground floor and the two smaller bedrooms on the upper floor.
The main bedroom has mirrored wardrobes, rotin peacock tail headboard and the two smaller bedrooms with pine furniture, have single beds. One of these have a second slide-away bed beneath so that a third child could be accommodated for a family of five. Bathroom and separate toilet on first floor. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing board.

The living area on the ground floor has lounge with L-shaped sofa unit, yellow and blue soft furnishings, T.V., C.D. and hi-fi with small feature fireplace. Patio doors lead out onto sunny pool terrace. Dining section of living area has wicker chairs and modern glass table and pine units. Again there is direct access from here to the pool terrace.
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, is fully equipped with microwave-grill, gas and electric hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Access to pool terrace.

The pool and garden are very attractive: large parasols give shade on the patio area, well-manicured lawn surrounding pool 9 x 4.5 metres plus steps to shallow end. Part of the garden is also more roughly kept. Parking within gated/fenced garden.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
