This villa is in an elevated position and offers views towards the mountains on one side and the Esterel on the other side. All local facilities are within walking distance as well as an excellent restaurant. The prettily laid out garden of 2200m² offers several shady corners on warm summer days. The flowery garden is laid out on three different levels and has fruit trees and two goldfish ponds. Pool 11m x 5m. Outside shower in the pool area.
Within the grounds there is the main villa with sleeping facilities for four people and a separate guest house near the pool area with sleeping facilities for another two people. The main villa is tastefully decorated and the sitting area consists of two parts: one area around the open fire place and another cosy sitting corner. These both open onto the dining area. The kitchen is in provençal yellow and blue and has dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. Separate shower with toilet, wash basin and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed and adjacent bathroom with W.C. and washbasin.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 1 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
