Built in 1992 in the Tuscan style, the villa is on the hills behind Beaulieu with views down to the coastline approximately 7 kms. away. With 200mē of living space the villa accommodates six people easily in 3 bedrooms. The area is very residential and quiet and it is essential to have a car.
The living area immediately faces the pool with large sliding windows giving direct access to the pool and terrace. Furnishings in the salon are a mixture of modern and antique with light-cloured sofas in an area of 60mē. Off the salon is the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a cloakroom/W.C. off the hall.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two are twin-bedded rooms that share a bathroom and W.C. adjacent and the master bedroom has double bed with shower room en suite, dressing area and sea views.
There is parking for 2 cars to the rear of the villa and access is by a small lane that passes close to other similar quality properties. From the villa there is access to the Moyenne Corniche to go into Nice very quickly entering near the port, otherwise the road from the villa leads down to the pretty village of Beaulieu, with its small local shops, beach, quaint avenues and of course, the Casino right on the coast.

The whole ambience of the villa is very tasteful with decorative additions and friezes by the artistic owner. An unusual combination of contemporary and traditional tastes

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
