One of twelve villas nestling in the peaceful countryside near the medieval perched village of Tourrettes sur Loup. Views from the villa terraces take in the coastline from just west of Nice to the Esterel hills overlooking forested valleys. Fully south-facing, the villa and terraces benefit from all day long sunshine perfect for outdoor dining and barbecues. The villa is on three levels and sleeps 8 comfortably with master double and twin single bedrooms on the upper floor sharing a bathroom and W.C. Double bedroom has south-facing terrace .

On the middle floor is the main living accommodation with large salon, American kitchen and double French windows to the main terrace with barbecue. Dining table and chairs, blue and white striped easy chairs and occasional furniture. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric integral oven, hob, dishwasher and micro-wave. Work top doubles as a breakfast bar. All floors throughout are terracotta, and descending to the lower level there is a second lounge/T.V. room, further bathroom with W.C., second separate W.C. and two shower rooms linked to each of the other two bedrooms, again one double and the other twin singles. Both of these bedrooms have access to the lower south terrace via French windows .

Although the villa has its own small garden area, steps through it lead to the main grounds of the domaine, where there is an extensive grassed area and a large communal pool with shallow beach entrance ideal for small children, and diving board at the deep end. The grounds are extremely well maintained, quiet and only shared by the other villas all linked in a crescent.

Villa St Arnoux is the end villa and therefore is not linked on the east elevation. Parking in unreserved spaces to the rear of the houses. Tranquil setting, unrestricted views, proximity to Provençal villages and a spacious villa all newly and tastefully furnished.

  • Extra Maidservice: £8.75/hour (Min. 2 hrs. Not Saturdays.)
  • Extra sets off linen and towels: £17.90/person.

Included: Normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable), maidservice of 2 x 2 hours/week and end-of-stay cleaning.
A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
