This attractive villa is situated in a residential area above the town of
Antibes in the area of the Roi Soleil. Being in an elevated position there are
very good views of the Cap d'Antibes, the Old Town with the Musée Picasso and
across to the Fort Carré. There is a lovely verandah on which to dine out and
take in the views towards the coast. On this main living area there is the
salon with sofas, T.V., dining area and open to the kitchen with oak-fronted
units, oven, micro-waver, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge freezer and breakfast
area.
On the upper level of the villa there are two bedrooms, one single and one
double with a shared bathroom, shower over the bath, basin and separate W.C.
The double bedroom has garden view. There are fairly steep curving steps to
the lower level of the villa where there is the laundry/utility area with
washing machine, dryer, and sink, plus access to a third double bedroom with
access to the lower part of the garden. Here there is a shower room, W.C.,
bidet and shower.
The pool is adjacent to the exterior dining area...this is a plunge pool of
4.5 x 1.2 metres with Jacuzzi end...perfect to sip an aperitif while dangling
the weary legs of the day's sight-seeing or just wallowing in the coolness of
the water after the day's summer heat. Parking for 2 cars plus.
A real family house, conveniently located for trips to Marineland and
Aquasplash in Antibes, the beaches, all the coastal areas as well as inland
sights to Grasse and the perfumeries, the Luberon with excellent vineyards,
the mountain villages that dot the hillsides behind as well as Monaco and
Northern Italy.

Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves,
or bring their own linen with them.
