A really delightful linked villa just outside the beautiful village of Valbonne where there are markets, fêtes, excellent restaurants and all local shops. Within easy access of the coastand all the sights of the Côte d'Azur, this lovely property is situated on a Domaine where there is a large communal pool with showers and W.C's., within walking distance of the local Champion supermarket and yet still in the rural area behind the bustle of Cannes and the actual coast.
The villa is very well-presented and has flexible sleeping arrangements for 4-6 people in 3 bedrooms. Ideally suited for a family of 4 with parents and 2 children, the bedrooms can be arranged as double, second double and a twin, with a shared family bathroom and a separate shower room. W.C. on the upper and lower floors.

Pretty rustic kitchen in honey and sand colours with breakfast bar for the early risers, or the rear terrace with table and chairs away from the heat. Salon is quite large with double French windows overlooking the garden area that is on two levels. The lower part that is roughly lawned has BBQ and the upper level is paved extending from the rear of the villa.

Parking is at the front of the property in a reserved spot on the Domaine and there is a large pool for the use of all residents on the Domaine, so ideal for youngsters to meet others.

Can be rented with V37 Villa Ile Verte for two families holidaying together.

A refundable security deposit of £500 required.

A single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked at the villa, and beds will be made-up before arrival.
Clients booking more than a week can wash this original set themselves, or bring their own linen with them.

Alternatively, we can rent additional sets of linen and towels at £17.90/person.
