This large property is situated on the outskirts of the village of La Colle sur Loup and has super views across the Loup valley to St. Paul de Vence. Built in two distinct parts the smaller house is linked by an arched wall to the main house and provides numerous permutations of two families together, grandparents and family or even quarters for staff or au pair. Both houses are furnished with quality and taste in mind with authentic decoration in the 'style ancien' as well as stone floors from Bourgogne.
Entry to the property is by electronic gates with intercom and there is parking for several cars in the raised court behind the villas. The pool is built between the two houses and all main rooms from both look out over this. (N.B. The shallow end is approximately 80cms. but there are no actual steps in if there are small children in the party and the terrace from the smaller house is raised with planters only along the edge.) Both houses have T.V., C.D. hi-fi and separate telephone lines. Exterior permanent barbecue.
Main House: An impressive arched entrance hall with picture window overlooking the pool. Magnificent salon split level with dining area and marble effect back-wash doors that open into kitchen. Living room has beamed ceiling and wide portrait windows framing St. Paul. Comfortable cream sofas and antique pieces. Kitchen has rust-veined marble tops, washing machine, dryer,
fridge/freezer, micro-wave, oven, gas hob with oak-fronted units.
There are three bedrooms: On lower garden level both with interior and external access, large double bedroom with splinter-mirrored walls in en suite shower room and W.C. Master bedroom on entrance hall level with double bed and en suite bathroom with sunken bath and views to the pool. Third bedroom with twin singles and pool views utilises mocha shower room opposite.
Maison des Amis: As well appointed as the main house but with 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one twin singles and the other double. One bathroom and W.C. Salon with T.V. and French windows to terrace overlooking the pool edged with planters. Kitchen with washing machine, dryer, micro-wave, oven and fridge.
From 29th. June - 31st. August, available only in 2 week bookings. Quiet, private, luxurious and unique in having such flexibility of occupancy

Prices are inclusive of normal use of electricity, water, gas (where applicable) a weekly maid visit and end-of-stay cleaning.
Refundable security deposit of £500 required.
Within the rental price, a single set of bed-linen and towels is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival. For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £17.50/person.
