A second floor apartment with south-facing balcony overlooking the pool and garden of the Résidence Le Graziella and conveniently situated for those attending Conferences and Festivals in Cannes as well as for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, tastefully decorated in gold and lemon tints. There is direct access to the balcony that runs the length of the apartment past both the kitchen and salon. Adjacent bathroom has bath with shower over, bidet and twin basins. The W.C. is separate. Entrance hall with telephone/fax for in-coming calls. Outgoing calls can be made with a phone card.
The salon has the possibility to sleep two extra guests on a very comfortable convertible sofa-bed. There is a dining table and chairs for in-door meals, mirrored wall, T.V. with cable channels and DVD. Again access to the balcony from the salon. There is air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living area.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The owners of the apartment have requested that there are no pets and that smokers use the balcony outside the apartment if necessary.

The centre of Cannes and the beach are just over 1 kilometre away, there are shops within walking distance and there is also one reserved parking space within the Résidence. Special rates apply for the Film Festival and Conference periods otherwise the prices per week apply below.
