The apartment is on the fourth floor of the conveniently located Wilson Palace
and is literally within walking distance of everything in Juan les Pins. If
your holiday is to enjoy the beach, sun, superb restaurants, chic boutiques
and maybe a night in the Casino, then Juan les Pins is the place to be to be
immersed in the lively and magnetic atmosphere of the Côte d Azur.
But if you also like the peace of the evening, then this apartment has a
westerly facing aspect and overlooks a verdant garden below and is not
overshadowed by other close high-rise blocks. The terrace is quite large and
runs the full length of the apartment. Here you can dine out under the shade
of the awning or sunbathe in seclusion on the loungers.
The interior of the apartment is spacious and uncluttered. The salon has a
central ceiling fan, round dining table and chairs, sofa T.V. and occasional
pieces.
There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and a single bed and ceiling fan,
and the second with a larger double bed with divided mattresses and air
conditioning unit. Both bedrooms share the facilities of a family bathroom and
separate W.C. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped and compact, and has electric hob,
fridge/freezer, and combination micro-wave/grill oven.
Parking is available at 50 Euros per week in the grounds of the apartment
building. This is uncovered but entered only by remote control and barred
gate. However, the apartment is so centrally situated that there is no
necessity to have a car unless by choice and then a parking space is
absolutely essential in this bustling part of the coast.
