A well-equipped and comfortable apartment on the fourth floor of the Résidence des Golfeurs in Mandelieu/La Napoule. Facing due south, the apartment overlooks the pool below and part of the Mandelieu Royal Golf course. There is a reception area in the foyer of the Résidence, landscaped gardens around the pool and tennis adjacent. All amenities are within walking distance from the apartment, including the Géant supermarket and commercial centre, local restaurants and the beaches by La Napoule Château.
The apartment has one double-bedded room and a twin single. Bathroom has shower over the bath and twin hand bowls. W.C. is separate.

The living area has sofa, T.V./DVD and table and chairs and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. The new kitchenette is open to the living area and has hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and micro-wave. All the soft furnishings are new. All the apartments and studios are now privately owned.
There are two parking spaces reserved for guests (Nos: 359 and 360).

An opportunity for those not wanting to have a car with public transport close by...regular bus and train services to Cannes and Nice or through in the other direction to St Raphaël and beyond. Motorway access for sight-seeing by car is only 5 minutes away and there are some excellent restaurants that can be recommended in La Napoule.
