A one-bedroom apartment in a new and exclusive building within reasonable
walking distance of Cannes and directly opposite the beach. The pool lies
within well-maintained ant landscaped gardens with ample sunbathing areas
around, shower and footbath. Access to the long stretches of sandy beach, with
a wide variety of water sports, is by private pathway from the Alga Marina.
The Résidence is approached from Ave. Dr. Picaud through electrically
controlled gates. Secure parking within the grounds.
Although the apartment has only one bedroom, 2 other guests can be
accommodated in the lounge area on a large sofa bed. There is a table, chairs
and other occasional furniture and access directly to the balcony that catches
the afternoon and evening sun.
The bedroom also has patio windows opening onto the balcony which overlooks
the gardens to the rear of the apartment building. The bathroom is off the
hall entrance and has bath with shower over and basin. The W.C. is separate
off hallway entrance.
The kitchen is compact and equipped with fridge, small grill oven, electric
hob. Units are well stocked with crockery and cutlery.
The Alga Marina is very conveniently situated for public transport into the
centre of Cannes and beyond or towards the opposite direction to La Napoule
and Théoule sur Mer.
