A studio apartment right in the centre of Cannes, away from any main thoroughfares and overlooking a small central paved courtyard. It is ideally situated for those wishing to attend Congresses and Exhibitions at the Palais des Festivals, but also for the holidaymaker wanting to be literally a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants, shops etc. for which Cannes is famous.
Being a studio, there is a very comfortable convertible sofa, modern round table and chairs, T.V., video, C.D. and hi-fi in the living area. Outlook is over the courtyard as the entrance is actually off the Ave. Commandant André through an arch and restricting noise from any passing traffic. Bathroom has shower over the bath, basin and WC. Kitchenette is fitted with sink, fridge, micro-wave and dual hob unit.

Everything is very compact, but at the same time spacious for two and it represents excellent value for a short break or for delegates attending any of the numerous conferences throughout the year in Cannes. Unique position, very good quality...a little gem hidden away.
