Situated just outside Pont du Loup in between Grasse and Vence, the apartments are the lower floor of a large villa close to the Château des Valettes. Each apartment is independent from each other and also from the main villa. Guests are free to use the gardens, pool, parking and barbecue along with the very genial owners who live in the main villa.
Each apartment faces directly onto the pool and apart from the slight differences in furnishings, they are identical in size and layout. Both have a double bed in the sleeping area which can be made more private with a dividing curtain. Two other guests can be accommodated on the convertible sofas in the living areas of both apartments. Each has a dining table and chairs plus other armchairs and both have a TV. The only difference between the two is that A46 has a dishwasher in the kitchen and A47 does not. Otherwise both have cooking facilities, fridges and both share a washing machine in the sous-sol of the villa. Outside table, 4 chairs, 2 sun-loungers and a sunshade provided for each apartment.

The independence of both the apartments makes them suitable for two couples to have their own facilities or even two small families catering for up to 4 people in each apartment. One of the main features of these unique studios is that they are right on the pool level and have lovely views of the garden and surrounding peaceful countryside.

Bed linen is supplied and the owners will arrange to have groceries laid in if required ready for your arrival.
