A second floor apartment in a new building directly opposite the beach of
Théoule sur Mer, where there are two sandy beaches, water sports, coastal
cruises to the Isles of Lérins and also along the Esterel coast, a local train
station through to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and northern Italy or in the other
direction to St, Raphaël and St. Maxime, as well as a local bus service from
Cannes through Théoule to St. Raphaël. There are excellent, reasonably priced
restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well as all local shops and
supermarket.
Théoule is one of the few villages along the Esterel coast that still retains
an original atmosphere of not being over-commercialised, yet with all the
facilities for an enjoyable holiday.
Apartment Aquarella is literally a stone's throw from the beach and has an
unrestricted view from its balcony across the Bay of Théoule to Cannes. There
is an underground parking space available. Lift to all floors.
The apartment is fully furnished, with bedroom with double bed, side tables
and large wardrobe and sliding patio doors opening onto part of the balcony.
The living area adjacent to the bedroom also has a patio window opening onto
the balcony which overlooks the coast road, beach and bay. Furnishings in the
living area are convertible sofa, and functional table and chairs, TV, other
occasional pieces and a kitchenette with microwave/grill oven, hob and fridge.

An apartment where you can quite easily manage without a car if preferred and
