A lovely little apartment/villa, semi-detached on the large private Domaine of Val d'Azur, where there is a super pool and three tennis courts as well as children's play area.
The apartment/villa consists of one first floor bedroom, that has wardrobes and twin single beds plus cot. Stairs are steep to the upper floor but there is a hand-rail.
On the ground floor there is a large living area that has sofa bed, dining table and chairs, other occasional furnishings and a kitchenette equipped with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, small dishwasher and a full wall of units. The atmosphere is light and spacious. Bathroom and toilet are also on the ground floor. Adjacent to the main entrance there is a utility area with washing machine and small dryer.

French windows on two sides of the living area open out onto a very sunny terrace, good for eating outside or for sunbathing. The elevated level of the villa ensures a good view across the valley and all the surrounding hills.
The garden is quite large, planted with shrubs, yukkas and evergreens, giving privacy to the villa. There is a rigid baby paddling pool in the garden. The pool and tennis are within walking distance and the whole Domaine is very well maintained and is made up of many villas of varying designs and sizes. Entrance is by electrically operated gate to the Domaine up a long driveway from the Route de Biot.
