The pool lies within well-maintained and landscaped gardens with ample sunbathing areas around, shower and footbath. Access to the long stretches of sandy beach, with a wide variety of water sports is by private pathway from the Alga Marina.
The Résidence is approached from Ave. Dr. Picaud through electronically-controlled gates. Secure parking within grounds.
The studio faces directly out to sea, with a private balcony offording views towards the Estérel and in the opposite direction towards Cannes. On the balcony there are table and chairs for dining outside.

The living area consists of a large salon where there is a convertible sofa, occasional furniture and a large unit containing a retractable bed, that can be put away during the day, thereby maximising space. A small kitchenette has cooking facilities and a fridge.

The bathroom is off the living area and has bath with shower over, basin and retractable bidet. The W.C. is separate and is accessed from the hallway entrance, where there is a large wardrobeunit with mirrored doors.
