immaculately presented property overlooking the bay of Miramar and La
Figuerette only 17 kilometres from Cannes on the Esterel coast. The apartment
is part of the Résidential domaine of the Mas de la Mer just a few minutes'
walk from the beach and bay. There is a shared pool less than a 100 metres
from the apartment and parking on the upper access road.
The apartment consists of one small double-bedded room, bathroom, kitchenette,
fully equipped with fridge, cooker and dishwasher. Modern, light and airy.
The apartment reflects the artistic care of the owners with original murals
depicting the region as a 'trompe l'oeil' and the whole ambience is one of
light and openness with cool colours and Provençal tones.
All on one level, the apartment has a compact entrance with store area and
immediately opens to the salon with French windows letting in the
Mediterranean sunlight from the terrace immediately in front. The terrace is
large enough to dine out and appreciate the views and warm climate with a
barbecue or simple glass of the local wine. In the salon, light-coloured
furnishings with convertible sofa for two guests, rocking chair and other
occasional pieces keep an open aspect to the terrace and view.
A small dining room off the kitchen also has access to the terrace and the
kitchen is equipped with micro-wave/grill, fridge with 4 ring hob and fridge
with freezer compartment. Off the hall away from the kitchen there is a
separate toilet and bathroom with shower over bath and basin. Adjacent is the
bedroom with double bed and also access to a rear flagged terrace with sea
views.
